This project was one of the first times I had the opportunity to work with New-Wave. Derrick brought me on as a production assistant, I supported the team by liasing with models, arranging for transport and food as well assisting with the coordination of locations. I also worked with photographers and organisation of equipment in able to make the logistical side of the photoshoot less of a pain. This was an opportunity for me to gain real experience on a shoot, seeing how the team worked from start to finish. I learned a lot from this day, the way a project flows, how to handle a team of models and extras. Techniques and best practises that I continue to use in my own work now.
I am happy to say that the post itself is one of the best performing on Diesel’s page.
